1. Accepted Payment Methods

• AiCharacterStore.net currently accepts Visa and Mastercard as the sole payment methods.
• Other payment methods (e.g., PayPal, American Express, cryptocurrencies) are not supported at this time.

2. Currency

• All transactions on AiCharacterStore.net are processed in Euros (€) by default.
• We reserve the right to change the default currency or allow additional currencies at any time, without prior notice.

3. Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure)

• In compliance with the EU Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements, all eligible card transactions are processed using 3D Secure (3DS) technology.
• 3D Secure may require you to verify your identity using an additional authentication step provided by your card issuer (e.g., password, SMS code, biometric approval in your banking app).
• Transactions that do not pass 3D Secure verification may be declined.

4. Pricing and Fees

• Product prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
• Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank charges, or conversion fees imposed by their card issuer.
• Vendors may not add hidden surcharges to transactions.

5. Billing and Charges

• By completing a purchase, you authorize AiCharacterStore.net and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
• If your card issuer refuses payment authorization, your order will not be completed.

6. Refunds and Disputes

• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Vendor.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• In case of payment disputes, Buyers should contact us at support@aicharacterstore.net before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

7. Changes to Payment Terms

AiCharacterStore.net reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms, including accepted payment methods, default currency, and security requirements, at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
