By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Registration and Accounts

• To list products or make purchases, all users must register for an account and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Vendor Terms of Use

Vendors (“Sellers”) are individuals or entities who list AI prompts, AI characters, or related digital goods on the Platform.

3.1 Product Listings

• All listings must be original works or products you have the right to sell.
• Listings must be clear, accurate, and comply with intellectual property laws.
• Prohibited content includes plagiarized, offensive, harmful, or unlawful material.
• Each listing may be reviewed and, if necessary, removed by AiCharacterStore.net at our discretion.

3.2 Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must fulfill purchases by providing the digital product as described.
• Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and delivery.
• Vendors may not engage in deceptive practices, false advertising, or manipulation of ratings/reviews.
• Vendors grant AiCharacterStore.net a limited license to display, market, and promote their listings on the Platform.

3.3 Payments and Fees

• AiCharacterStore.net may charge service fees or commissions on sales. Fee structures will be disclosed separately.
• Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.

4. Buyer Terms of Use

Buyers are individuals or entities purchasing products on the Platform.

4.1 Purchasing

• Buyers must register before making any purchase.
• All purchases are for personal or business use as described by the Vendor.
• Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable fees or taxes.

4.2 Digital Products

• Products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.
• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise specified by the Vendor.
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of purchased products with their intended use.

4.3 Prohibited Uses

• Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of purchased products unless explicitly allowed by the Vendor’s license terms.
• Buyers may not use purchased content for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to AiCharacterStore.net.
• Vendors retain ownership of their listings but grant us the right to host and display them.
• Buyers acquire only the rights explicitly granted by the Vendor upon purchase.

6. Limitations of Liability

• AiCharacterStore.net acts only as an intermediary between Vendors and Buyers and does not guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of products.
• We are not liable for disputes between Buyers and Vendors but may assist in resolving them at our discretion.
• The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Vendors may request removal of their listings at any time.
• Buyers may close their accounts, but prior purchases remain subject to these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
